IMPORTANT:While I allow light suggestive artwork to be commissioned, anything involving quadrupeds in such a light will result in an immediate rejection of the commission, getting blocked and blacklisted from ever commissioning my services.This also applies to minor-aged OCs and/or actual, real people (not even minors at this point, just actual people period). I shouldn't explain why I will take these measures were anything of this happen to occur.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms carefully. I'll decline your commission if any of these conditions is broken.By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms:

PAYMENT:

- Payment will be done via Ko-Fi and is made upfront. I won't start working on your commission before this. Once I have received your order, I'll begin working on it as soon as I possibly can.- I don't do refunds of any kind unless I physically can't begin the commission, so please: Be completely sure you want to commission me.Please note: Depending on how many commissions I'm working on; your commission's first draft will come sooner or later. I'll always keep you updated whenever you'd like to know, as long as I don't feel pressured. You're also free to check for yourself via my Trello queue.

COMMISSIONS:

- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my services. I keep copyright to all my artworks.- My art is 100% human made and with lots of love and effort! I don't use nor support AI (artificial intelligence) usage/tools. My art is NOT ALLOWED to be used in AI models or similar, neither be edited by them.- Any AI generated reference/pictures will result in an immediate rejection of your commission.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned art on social media. You have the option to make it private, but must be discussed previously.- I reserve the right to decline any commission.- Once your commission is finished, I'll sent you a non-watermarked version, as well as a repostable watermarked one.- You can change your commission three times, but only to a minor degree. Changes are restricted once your commission's finished.- Personal use of your commission/custom design is allowed (think personal charms, perhaps). Comercial/NFT/AI use isn't allowed in any way, shape or form.- You can't claim to be the creator of the artwork.- You can repost my commission, only by properly crediting me (by @ing, @/ing or using a link) and using the repostable watermarked image I provided you. You aren't allowed to edit nor remove the watermark.

CUSTOM DESIGNS/ADOPTABLES:

The rules above also apply to custom design and adoptables

- Give them a name, story, choose/change their gender, etc.- Create different forms or change their species. You can give them a pony form, human form, etc. Have fun! ^ ^- Modify the design: Alternate outfits, accesories, colors and markings, etc. Major design changes (think their main species) can't be made on my artwork.- Gift or trade the design.- Resell it at equal or less price than the original design's, unless you have more art from them (either commissioned or your own).- In the case the adoptable was resold, please let me know who the new owner is and make them read these TOS.
